The Samsung S22 i bought from Gazelle looks new. The battery is good, but there was no printed battery report in the box, as there was supposed to be. I would like to know how it tested. I bought the mid level condition phone. The phone needs to be charged daily.

The phone company refused to transfer my phone contents to the one I received due to the phones receiving plug in being loose.

Phone was returned the next morning.

Phone was not as it said on describe also waiting for refund almost four a month

Second purchase from gazelle and wasn't disappointed. Better quality and appearance than what I searched for in local stores along with the upgraded memory at no cost. If I need anything, gazelle will be my go to for phones.

Because the wrong charger was sent with the phone, I have been unable to use it. I called and messaged gazelle several times and was told it was sent when it was not. They then sent a tracking number that showed a package going to Alaska instead of my home. A month after purchase I still have no charger for this phone. I will never use Gazelle ever again.
