The phone is in new condition.

Unboxed the phone to find deep gouges and chips in the screen, my ginger catches on the glass in the middle of the screen, and the gouges distort the pixels underneath. They say any defects are purely cosmetic but apparently the screen being intact is optional for them been on the phone for a the last 35 minutes for them to essentially tell me that I can return the phone and in 1-2 weeks they will consider refunding my money for the purchase.

The phone came on time and look way better then what I was expecting good prices. well definitely buy another product from them in the near future

I had not heard of this website before, until my brother told me about it. He said he had purchased a couple phones from here and had real good luck with them. I am not tech savy so I do not purchase big name brand expensive phones. I purchased this phone in Excellent condition category.
It was delivered in timely fashion, although the delivery service should be fired. They just threw the box up near the front door. Luckily it was packed well and not broken. I have had the phone almost 30 days now and everything works great. I would purchase from this company again and refer family and friends to it.
