iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2nd generation) 512GB WiFi + 4G LTE (Unlocked)

I ordered in fair condition and had more than cosmetic scratches and damage. The product i received came bent and curved out of the box, and didn't turn on. The packaging itself was not bent or damaged, just the device.

I ordered an iPad Pro 12.9-inch 6th Gen (2022) Wi-Fi + 5G on October 16, 2025. Instead, I received an outdated iPad 6th Gen from 2018.
When I contacted customer service about this massive mistake, they told me a replacement was impossible because the item I actually ordered was completely sold out and out of stock. Their only solution was for me to go out of my way to drop the wrong item off at USPS for a return. I explained to them that this was purchased as a time-sensitive gift meant to be sent out this week, but they completely ignored my situation and just told me to repurchase it using a promo code.
To make matters worse, barely an hour after they told me it was sold out, I checked their website and saw the exact same iPad Pro listed as back in stock and actively being sold to new customers.
Telling an existing customer who received a completely wrong product that an item is unavailable, while simultaneously putting it back up for sale online, is completely unacceptable. Whether this is due to a broken inventory system, poor communication between support and the warehouse, or a deliberate bait-and-switch scam, it is entirely dishonest. They are baiting people with premium items, shipping out cheap replacements, and lying about their stock.
Save your time, money, and sanity—stay far away from this seller. Their customer service cannot be trusted.
