  • Promotional codes may not be combined and / or stacked.
  • If you are financing with Affirm or Katapult, please contact them directly to receive information on your estimated monthly payments and/or any changes.
  • We do not accept exchanges or offer replacements.
  • Signature is required on purchases over $250; we cannot lift this requirement for any reason.
  • We do not ship to any PO or APO addresses.
  • Be sure your shipping and billing details are correct before completing your purchase or trade-in.
    • BUY: We are unable to change your address after your order has been processed.
    • SELL: We are not able to add an item to your order after the shipping label has been created.

Processing time:

  • Shipping and delivery times may vary. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after being placed.
  • Shipping is provided by FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery service or USPS. You will receive a confirmation email – where you may preview a rough estimate of your order status and delivery. For real time updates, please contact USPS or FedEx.
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Holiday orders:

  • Orders will be processed within 2 - 5 business days after being placed.
  • Please allow extra time from FedEx or USPS to update your order's shipping status tracking links or subscribe to delivery notifications from FedEx or USPS to get real time shipping notifications for your order.


To cancel your order, contact our Customer Care team.

BUY: For your protection, we cancel any (purchase) orders that are flagged as suspicious by our fraud team; or due to inconsistency with order's shipping and billing details. Authorized payments will not be charged and will be reversed within 2-3 business days. Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated; a new order must be placed to proceed with a purchase.

Shipping Times:

  • Contiguous 48 states: 2 - 4 business days after order been processed
  • Hawaii: 3 -7 business days after order has been processed
  • Alaska: 2 - 4 business days after order has been processed

Shipping Method:


  • Your order may arrive via FedEx or USPS. Tracking details will be provided via email.
  • Gazelle offers free standard shipping to the lower 48 states.


  • You may receive a USPS or FedEx shipping label.
  • If we have sent you a prepaid USPS label, you can bring your package to any Postal facility or arrange a pick-up with any friendly Letter Carrier.
  • If you have a FedEx label, you can bring your box to any FedEx Office or Worldwide Service Center location.


  • We only accept return requests within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition as delivery.
  • Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days once arrived at our facility. Your refund will be reflected after 2 - 3 business days once issued.
  • If you are financed with Affirm or Katapult, please contact them directly regarding changes.
  • We do not offer exchanges or replacements on orders.
