Phone was basically new. Great value for the money.

Phone is good!!!! Service terrible it was supposed to get to me 5 to 7 business days, it took a month plus to get to me after I called to tell them to reimburse my money they didn't do it like service TERRIBLE. Will never buy from this website

The phone I order is fine. It meets my expectations and was in better than expected condition. The customer service and more specifically the shipping was more or less anightmare, and leaves me little desire to buy anything else or recommend Gazell to anyone. After placing the order I waited over a week for shipping confirmation. Multiple phone calls to customer service and the only solution that I got was a tracking number, but usps still said it was waiting on the item. Meanwhile Gazell had taken the money out of my account. After more waiting and calls and no results I decided to try and get my money back. I was told I would have to fill out an affidavit stating I never received the phone, which is fine, but the tracking number they gave still showed the post office waiting for the item from them. It seemed pretty obvious to me someone had printed a shipping label and never got the phone to the post office. Finally the phone did arrive but it took almost a month from the time I paid. Not a good experience.

Received in more than expected condition. Phone working perfectly and price was very fair.

The phone was in absolutely beautiful condition. The price was incredible. . . . very happy.
