Return Policy
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your order delivery date.
- Returned items must be in the same condition it was delivered in. All items are inspected within 5 - 7 business days after we receive it.
- Your refund will reflect back to your original payment method in 3 - 5 business days after we accept your return.
- Returns are only valid within the United States.
- We do not offer exchanges, or replacements on orders.
How long do I have to return my order?

What items can I return?
- We accept returns on all our products.
Start your return by visiting our Returns Center
- When returning your item, you will be prompted to enter your Order Number and shipping address zip code.
- Select the item on your order, that you would like to return.
- Select the statement closest to your reasoning, this helps us improve our business and customer experience!
- Review your Return Summary details and Complete Your Return.
Prepare your Return
- You will receive a Return Confirmation email from us! We will send you quick tips to streamline your
return.
- Pack all the items you received in your order.
- Remove any previous mailing labels from your shipping box.
- Download the return label that we sent to you and adhere it to your shipping box.
- Take your package to any USPS location. We recommend requesting a receipt when you drop-off your package for your records.
Refund processing varies based on your payment method.
Credit/Debit Card
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to the customer's account after we accept your return.
PayPal
- Refunds may take 24 - 48 hours to post to the PayPal account used at checkout.
- PayPal refunds may only be returned to the PayPal account used at checkout. We cannot refund to another payment method type.
Affirm
- Refunds for Affirm may take 5 - 15 business days to reflect on your Affirm loan balance.
- If your refund is more than your purchase balance, you will receive the difference, minus any interest you have paid.
- Affirm refunds your money back to your original payment method.

- To find your Affirm refund status, sign into your Affirm account. Navigate to Pay, Select your purchase, and your refund will show up as an adjustment in your purchase details.
Katapult
- Refunds for Katapult may take 5 - 7 days to reflect to your Katapult lease.

What can I do if my box was damaged or tampered with at time of delivery?
Please follow these steps so we can better help you!
- Take a photo of your box before you open it!
- Open your package and check to see if your item has arrived undamaged and not tampered with.
- Check the functionality of your device and make sure it works as expected. If your device appears to be tampered with, please take a photo of your device.
- Write down your IMEI/MEID number. Need help finding your IMEI/MEID number? Read our guide here.
- Please hold onto your order and all packing material.
- Contact us immediately here Please provide us with your Order Number, Name, Phone Number, IMEI/MEID number, and the photos of your package and device.
