Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Gazelle products. We accept  return requests for 30 days following delivery.

To  return an item, simply contact us at 1-800-Gazelle or email us through the contact us form. We will provide a prepaid  return label through either FedEx or USPS Ground services and we will issue a refund to the original payment source within 5-7 days of receiving the item back. A $15 restocking fee may apply.

Shipping

Orders must be placed before 4:00PM Eastern Time (EST) to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. 

To determine when your order will arrive, allow 2 business days for warehouse processing plus the transit time of your choosing. 

The 2 day processing time is to ensure your device is Gazelle certified and that it’s been processed, packed, and shipped with accuracy for a quality experience. 

Example: If you place an expedited order after 4PM EST on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.
