It arrived on time. The screen has a few very minor scratches, but that was expected for fair condition. This is my 5th purchase from Gazelle, and every phone has met or exceeded expectations!

Exactly as described - actually better than expected. The only 'problem' was a tiny, almost invisible scratch on one corner of the screen. Shocked that wouldn't be considered excellent! Definitely a good place to get a used phone.

Had to return it cause phone kept rebooting.

Purchased a Pixel 6 - Verizon rush delivery. Received a locked AT&T Pixel 6 which could not be unlocked because the previous owner had not removed it from their account. Condition was as described.
The only option I was given was to buy another phone, pay for shipping of the new phone, and return the incorrect phone (shipping covered). So basically their mistake would have cost me an extra shipping fee plus multiple more days without a phone.

Of course there were no Pixel 6 Verizon phones available when I went to repurchase.

Disappointing experience overall.

Needed to upgrade my Pixel 4 that died. Pixels have great cameras so I wanted a newer one. Took my chances on a renewed phone in "fair" condition at a great price. It arrived quickly and it had only a tiny scratch on the screen that you have to strain to find. It only came with a charging cable, no plug, but that's okay. There were no instructions but with a similar functionality as the Pixel 4, it was an easy transition. The battery life is great. It arrived quickly and packaged well. Definitely recommend Gazelle for a previously owned phone at a great price.
