be careful fake phone

In the past, I've spent a time talk how excellent was the experience buying from Gazelle but now I have to point how frustrating I'm.
I'm currently living overseas, when my wife visited US, I decide to purchase a Pixel 6 Pro Unlocked. Once she received it, we found out it was a Google store demo device and wasn't meant to be sold, information that I've got after 5 minutes on Google's customer service chat, something that Gazelle team should done before sell a product.
With a limit time to receive, test and return the device, it cause a delay to have my money back and buy another phone.
The reason to purchased on Gazelle was due to the devices are second hand, refurbished, used devices, a such purchase I could afford but I ended up using a credit card to buy another phone from another store and received my money back the week after my wife returned.
The Gazelle customer service didn't offer a fast and reliable solution such as exchange, I end up help the company doing QC on the phone and save them the time.
Not a good experience Gazelle!

An excellent phone at a great price arrived in good condition. I'll definitely be buying refurbished here again!

The phone is in nearly perfect condition and so far, the battery and functions all seem to behave as if brand new. I was skeptical, but so far I'm pleased!

The phone I ordered was locked and I had to send it back which left me without a phone for a week and I had pay for expedited service to get my phone delivered faster.
