Never got refunded for it and was very difficult process to even try to get refunded. Will NEVER buy from you again!

You shipped me a phone that was blocked off the network and I requested a refund on May 29th. It's June 25th now. You have not responded with the means to return it and how to receive a refund. I've spent at least 120 minutes collectively on phone calls to your customer service to be told that my issue was in the "queue" and will be serviced in a week or so. A month for a refund without a known resolution is suboptimal. Not the best experience. However, you are you able send me an email asking me for my experience. That's pretty remarkable.

Bought the phone unlocked. Came locked. They couldn't unlock it, just said to send it back. At least the return process was easy and the phone was fully refunded.

I ordered an unlocked google pixel and Gazelle sent me a locked one instead. After hours on hold with their customer service team, I was promised a refund and told I wouldn't have to pay return shipping. Today I got an email telling me that they changed their mind and wanted me to pay to return the product they mistakenly sent me. This has been a horrible experience. I still have a useless phone I didn't order and Gazelle still has my money for a product they never delivered. If anyone from Gazelle reads this - I'm still waiting on a callback from your managers that was promised a week ago.

My "new" (previously used) phone arrived quickly and was packaged well. However, when I went to activate it, I discovered that it was locked, not unlocked as I had ordered. The Gazelle customer service rep offered me a $10 discount on another Gazelle phone. No thanks. I returned it, and will likely not use this company again. They pride themselves on a "30 point inspection process" but they didn't notice that the phone they sent me was locked?
