Phone came with a aftermarket screen with no fingerprint reader or adhesive installed and couldn't do 120hz without being super choppy. So I returned it and after about a week I got the refund.

My refurbished phone looks and works like new.

My recent experience with Gazelle was unfortunately quite negative. As a long-standing customer, I was taken aback by the extended shipping time for my latest phone order. More concerningly, the phone arrived with a non-functional SIM card reader, which I discovered immediately upon attempting activation. Despite trying multiple solutions at different locations, the phone remained unusable. I promptly returned it within 48 hours. The subsequent return process was also lengthy, resulting in a full month passing before I received a refund for a defective device. This entire ordeal was compounded by the fact that I had used a one-time discount code on the original purchase and was then denied a replacement code to buy a working phone. While I understand that shipping times can vary, the drawn-out return and refund process for a faulty product, coupled with the lack of customer service regarding the discount, caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.
