The entire edge of the phone I received was completely scraped on both sides as well as some deep screen scratches. Not what I expected for a phone supposedly still in "good" quality. They offered me a measly $10 credit in compensation. No thanks, hello Amazon.

I purchased a phone from gazelle on 1/9/2025 and did not receive it until 2/12/2025!! I had already completed the process of submitting a refund when it was delivered! (Funny how it just happened to arrive after I'd submitted my refund request!!) Efforts to find out what was happening and why such delay was occurring, hit roadblocks again and again. Every time I called (6 or 7 times over that 3-4 week period time) I was told they were looking into it and that would just have to wait 24-48 hours… before I could go to "next step". That "next step" was ultimately my waiting 2-3 more days each time! This was a terrible experience! While it is not the experience I have had with prior purchases, I will not purchase from Gazelle ever again, nor will I refer Gazelle to any one else ever again.

It was easy to transfer data and set up just like my old phone. Battery life is double my previous phone. Appearance is like new. Its been the easiest phone to operate.

I bought an iPhone 14 pro for my spouse who set it up very quickly. She is very happy with it.

Exactly as described and the battery isongreat shape. Very happy with this purchase, my second from Gazelle.
