Well, I never received it... The process for filing a claim and getting a refund is very confusing and poorly documented.

1. Having a digital form that cannot be filled out digitally is a little silly. If the purpose of this document is to match package invoices, a regular font is going to be much more accurate than a handwritten letter.
2. Nowhere on this form does it say any of the instructions you sent me earlier. The instructions would have been immensely helpful, and saved me a lot of back and forth. Consider listing those instructions on the document itself, or as a standard when a customer write in :
a. This form MUST be handwritten and not typed. We will not accept typed entries.
b. All information must match the information present on the shipping package if the item
c. Your signature must be handwritten
d. Gazelle order numbers typically begin with PS, SR, or SHP.
3. The address field should be clearly labeled as "Shipping Address". It is natural to assume this would be billing address because this is dealing with a financial transaction.
4. The choice to ship an expensive electronic product in a thin plastic bag is not ideal. I doubt the envelope is even waterproof. A box with padding would be much better, even if we are talking about a used device.

After 5 calls to customer service and told that my case had been forgotten about and never followed up on, I can't say I am very impressed. I have ordered from Gazelle multiple times in the past and never had any issues, so I am disappointed in this experience.

Great came pretty fast battery was good picked the good option and gave me it with no scratches over all would buy another.

Product arrived as described. I have purchased multiple items from Gazelle and been happy each time.

It never came.

I ordered a phone from gazelle and was told to expect a delay in delivery of 5 days later than expected which seemed within the norm. However that day came and went and no additional information was given or updated on the tracking. I have reported to gazelle that I never received the package, the app tracking also states delivery was never completed and yet it’s been almost a full month without either a reimbursement or a replacement sent.
