No issues; acts like a brand new

Came as described in pretty much brand new condition, bought in "excellent " and came with 100% battery, highly satisfied with product !

Everything works well! The battery life on iPhone 16 Plus is insane. Generally lasts me two full days without charging it.

Got the phone for 350 dollars less than it would have been new. Some scratches on the screen that are not noticeable when the phone is on, and mostly went away with a screen protector.

Super happy with the purchase as it complements the rest of my apple setup pretty well

I have bought many phones and tech devices used and I've never had issues. This phone was sent and the carrier AT&T had it locked based on whoever this phone originally came from I had to wait a month to get my money back and after contacting customer service I feel like there was no incentive to keep me as a customer because $10 off my next purchase is nothing when you're spending $1000. I am no longer telling people good things about gazelle. In fact I have told everyone to stay away from gazelle based on the way that it was handled I really hope that I no longer receive your emails as I've tried to block you guys also.

I've used gazelle for several years and the phones have been great until now. I'm having trouble with a recent purchase. I contacted customer service through email a week ago and haven't heard anything back.
