Phone was as described. Happy with quality and price. It took two weeks for it to arrive, which means two weeks of my extended warranty is lost. Gazelle should offer tiered delivery via ups/fedex. It's not your fault, but it does negatively effect the gazelle buying experience. 2 weeks is crazy! It's a black eye you don't need.

I am 100% completely satisfied with my purchase. The only thing that keeps us from being a five star review is that there was an issue with inventory and I had to reach out to them to find out why my order was held up. Once I heard from them everything was handled very quickly our customer satisfaction and its core. I just wish I hadn't had to have been the one to initiate the communication or if they had . If they had reached out to me first this would be a five star review.
