You advertise 5-7 day delivery. After two weeks I called and was told we'll get back to you in a couple of days and let you know what's the hold up. I told the rep that was not acceptable and I felt like you were a fraud. That day I called American Express and told them I thought you were a fraud and they reversed the charges. Later that day I received a notice that the phone was in Jacksonville. I received it 5 days later. The phone would not update to the newest version of IOS so I took it to Best Buy for testing. They couldn't download the newest version of IOS and said there was a hard drive issue. They tried to refresh twice which failed. On the third time the phone refreshed. The technician said that he would not trust the phone. I found out that the retail value of the phone was $95. I returned the phone and I don't want to deal with you people anymore!

The iPhone XS Max that I received was in excellent condition--I couldn't detect a scratch with my own eyes. I was able to update it to iOS 17.6 and my son had no problem setting it up and signing in with Apple. The battery had a good capacity and charged up quickly. However, the deal breaker was that no matter how many Tracfone byop SIM cards I tried, I could not get voice service to transfer over to it from an older phone; only text was working. I even took out the Tracfone sim card from the iPhone and put it in a spare Android and that spare phone worked with both text and voice so I know there was nothing wrong with the SIM card. It was disappointing to have to return it, but not being able to make phone calls defeated the purpose of buying a refurbished iPhone.

Had to bring the phone to the Apple Store the first day of having it due to it not holding a charge and shutting off at 20%. Cost $90
