First, let me say that I love Gazelle, I'm a loyal customer, and I refer people to you anytime they need a phone.

That said, I returned this last device as it didn't work with my third party accessory, The Backbone. The Backbone is a game controller that the phone clips into. When using with my purchase the phone didn't recognize it. The Backbone works fine on my three other iPhones that have but not this one. I tried software updates, hard resets, inspecting the lighting port for corrosion or damage. There was none. The rest of the phone functions properly including charging but not this. Gaming with the Backbone on a larger screen was the ONLY reason I made the purchase. As such, I had to return it. I may purchase another or may take another direction and buy a purpose built device for gaming like the AYN Odin.

I have bought 4 phones over the past two years and they have all worked great. Customer service has been amazing and any issues that I did have were solved quickly. Thanks Gazelle.

The process couldn't have been easier.

The phone is cosmetically in good condition just a nick on the top and a couple scratches on the screen that you can't see with a glass cover. The only problem that I have is that the flood illuminator is messed up and doesn't allow the screen to automatically adjust brightness and I can't use Face ID.

Very good condition especially for price.
